  • Over 300 hours of classroom LAN experience installing and configuring Novell and Microsoft servers, troubleshooting connectivity problems working with various network topologies and protocols.

  • As a contractor at a large software company: set up and configured my workstation hardware, Windows 95, and software on a multi protocol network.

  • As a volunteer for the Acton-Boxborough Regional High School's Mac and PC labs provided computer support to students and teachers 4-6 hours a week. (1993-1995).
