- Over 300 hours of classroom LAN experience installing and configuring Novell and Microsoft servers, troubleshooting connectivity problems working with various network topologies and protocols.

- As a contractor at a large software company: set up and configured my workstation hardware, Windows 95, and software on a multi protocol network.
